- Sprinkle pecans proportionately in unbaked pastry shell; sprinkle with chocolate pcs and drizzle with caramel topping. Set aside.
- In med. mixing bowl combine cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, sugar and vanilla; beat with electric mixer on med. speed till smoooth. Add in Large eggs, beating on low speed just till combined. Pour over caramel topping in crust.
- Bake in 350 F. oven abt. 45 minutes., or possibly till center appears set. Cold on a wire rack. Cover and refrigeratefor at least 1 hr. before serving. Sift cocoa pwdr over pie, if you like.
