- Mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and soda in a bowl. Stir in melted butter. Pat into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.Sprinkle over the crust the minced pecans and the chocolate chunks. Pour on a jar of caramel ice cream topping. Bake an additional 20 min. Cool. Cut into 24 or possibly 36 bars.
