Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar (caster)
  • 1/2 c. liquid glucose
  • 1/10 tsp vanilla essence
  • 300 gm chocolate, dark

Инструкции

  1. Place all ingredients except chocolate into a clean pan and boil to 125C/260F. Place in electric mixer and beat with paddle till hard.
  2. Roll out to a thickness of 1 cm and allow to cold.
  3. Cut into sticks 1cm X 3cm and dip in melted chocolate.
