- Place all ingredients except chocolate into a clean pan and boil to 125C/260F. Place in electric mixer and beat with paddle till hard.
- Roll out to a thickness of 1 cm and allow to cold.
- Cut into sticks 1cm X 3cm and dip in melted chocolate.
