- Preheat oven to 350. 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish. Spray with non stick cooking spray
- For the filling:
- Toss the apples with cinnamon, vanilla, apple cider and lemon juice together in a large bowl.
- Add to baking dish
- Unwrap caramels and place on top of apples.
- For the topping
- In a medium bowl mix oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- 8 . Add butter together with the oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Scatter the topping evenly over the apple mixture.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Bake in over 45-60 minutes.
