  • 1 loaf bread (French)
  • 2 bun green onions or possibly shallots
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon anise
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. apples
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. of cheese

Инструкции

  1. Toast your bread in oven torn in small pcs. Place in a casserole layered with the apples, shredded and raisens. Meantime, boil your water with minced shallots, sugar, and anise when this has become syrupy add in to bread casserole top with Cheddar cheese, and bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
