Ингредиенты

  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb sweet Italian sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 lrg onion, minced
  • 2 lrg cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 x (14-oz) cans chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 8 ounce capellini or possibly vermicelli pasta, broken in half
  • 2 x (10-oz) bags fresh spinach, coarsely minced
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grnd pepper
  • 1/3 c. whipping cream

Инструкции

  1. Heat oil in a Dutch oven or possibly stockpot over medium-high heat; add in sausage and cook 3 to 4 min, turning as it browns. Add in onions and garlic and cook 2 to 3 min, till lightly browned.
  2. Add in broth and water to pot; cover and bring to a boil. Add in pasta and cook 3 min, stirring frequently. Stir in spinach and pepper and cook 2 to 3 min more, till pasta is hard but tender to the bite and spinach is wilted. Stir in cream. Serve immediately.
