  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 can Chicken broth (10 ounce.)
  • 2 Tbsp. Liquid honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Corn starch
  • 1 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1 x Green onions, sliced
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 x Red pepper, cut into julienne strips
  • 1 pkt (375 g) Catelli Capelli d'Angelo

Инструкции

  1. In skillet, heat oil; saute/fry chicken till golden brown.
  2. Remove chicken; set aside and keep hot. In clean skillet, combine broth, honey, and soy sauce; whisk in peanut butter, corn starch and ginger. Add in green onions and garlic; cook stirring constantly, over low heat till blended and smooth. Add in red pepper and reserved chicken; cook and stir till just bubbly and thickened. Cook
  3. Capelli d'Angelo according to package directions.
  4. Spoon chicken mix over Capelli d'Angelo and serve topped with parsley.
  5. Makes 6 servings.
