Рецепт Cantaloupe with Lemon Yogurt
I have been trying to eat healthier and one of my favorite things to eat for lunch is fruit. I like to eat half a cantaloupe, scoop out the seeds, and fill it back up with cottage cheese or lemon yogurt. Then I like to put berries or a sliced banana on top of the yogurt and drizzle with honey~ Delicious~
- 1 large ripe cantaloupe
- 1 container *Greek lemon yogurt or cottage cheese
- 1 cup blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or a sliced banana
- Honey
Cut cantaloupe in half, scoop out seeds, discard. Save one half of cantaloupe for later.
Spoon Greek yogurt or cottage cheese into middle of cantaloupe.
Top with berries and drizzle with honey.
* use any flavor of yogurt.
Healthy Note: Calcium, from dairy foods like milk and yogurt, is key to bone health. Bones need calcium to build and maintain their strength and integrity.
