- Peel the tomatoes. This tomato skins will slip off the tomatoes after boiling them for about 30 seconds.
- Fill your quart jars with the tomatoes.
- Add 1 teaspoon of plain salt to each quart jar â ½ teaspoon in each pint jar.
- Process tomatoes in a pressure cooker.
- Check the lids for a seal before storing.
