Ингредиенты

  • 4 c. peeled, minced tomatoes (about 6 large)
  • 2 c. seeded, minced, long green peppers (about 10 large)
  • 1 c. seeded, minced warm peppers (about 10 med.)
  • 3/4 c. minced onion (1 lg.)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar

Инструкции

  1. Put together all ingredients in large saucepan. Bring mix to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 20 min. Pour hot mix into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Adjust lids; process 30 min in boiling water bath. Makes about 6 half pints.
