Ингредиенты

Tomatoes, unpeeled 1 teaspoon canning salt (to each qt)

1 teaspoon sugar (to each qt)

Инструкции

1. Wash tomatoes. Don't peel. Put in pot and press down slightly to make liquid. Boil till peelings curl up. Put through colander to extract juice. Measure juice. Add in salt and sugar to each qt. Bring back to boiling point. Put in hot sterilized jars and seal.
