Рецепт Cane Rosso's Soppresatta Pizza
This delicious pizza is a copycat I made when a friend named Kelly took me to the Cane Rosso Restaurant (Red Dog) to figure out what the ingredients were. The base sauce is habanero honey jelly.

- 1 recipe favorite pizza dough (I use Wolfgang Puck's - see links)
- 2 - 4 tbs. habanero honey jelly
- 1 T fresh basil slivers
- 6 oz. fresh mozzarella di bufalo (water buffalo cheese), sliced
- 1 smashed clove garlic
- 1-2 oz. thinly shaved soppresatta (salami)
- shaved parmesan cheese
- cornmeal
Инструкции
- Heat oven to 500 degrees,. using a pizza stone, if you have it.
- Stretch pizza dough fairly thin.
- Place on parchment sprinkled with cornmeal.
- Slather on jelly, top with garlic, basil, mozzarella.
- Place soppresatta on top.
- Bake 8-10 minutes.
- Remove and top with shaved parmesan.
