Candied Sweet Potatoes (Yams)

Ингредиенты

1 c. brown, white sugar
1 can yams
1/2 c. liquid from canned yams

1/2 stick butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Cinnamon

Инструкции

Drain yams, dry in 200 degree oven on greased cookie sheet for 30-60 min. Put in greased casserole dish. Bring sugars, liquid from yams to a boil. Boil till it begins to thicken. Add in butter and vanilla. Pour over yams, sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
