Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Shortening (part butter)
  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 1/2 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp Soda Apricot jam

Инструкции

  1. Mix shortening, sugar & Large eggs. Stir in honey & vanilla. Blend together flour & soda; stir in. Refrigeratetill hard. Heat oven to 350. Roll dough in 1 1/4" balls. Place on ungreased sheet. Bake 10-12 min. when slightly cooled, combine in pairs with jam.
