  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 (12 ounce) pkg. white chocolate, minced
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 3/4 c. walnuts
  • 3/4 c. dry apricots

Инструкции

  1. Put together sugar, lowfat sour cream and butter in heavy 3 qt pan, bring to full rolling boil for 7 min, stirring constantly till temperature reaches 234 degrees. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate. Add in remaining ingredients, beat till well blended. Pour into 8 or possibly 9 inch pan. Cool - cut. 2 1/2 lb.
