Ингредиенты

2 x Cloves garlic 1/4 c. Olive or possibly salad oil 1 tsp Rosemary leaves crushed 1/2 tsp Dry mustard

2 tsp Soy sauce 1/4 c. Wine vinegar 1/4 c. Sherry or possibly apple juice

Инструкции

1. I do elk once in awhile and this marinade works well with it.
2. cook and stir garlic in oil, add in rosemary, mustard and soy sauce.
3. Remove from heat and add in vinegar and sherry.
4. Makes 3/4 c.. Save themarinade and can mop with as well.
