Ingredients: 2 c. lima beans liquid removed; 2 c. green limas liquid removed; 2 c. red kidney beans liquid removed; 1 quart pork and beans; 6 slc bacon cooked; 1 1/2 c. onions; 3/4 c. brown sugar; 2 tsp salt; 1 tsp dry mustard; 1 x clove garlic chopped; 1/2 c. vinegar; 1/2 c. ketchup

Ингредиенты

2 c. lima beans liquid removed
2 c. green limas liquid removed
2 c. red kidney beans liquid removed
1 quart pork and beans
6 slc bacon cooked
1 1/2 c. onions
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 x clove garlic chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 325F degrees. (Or possibly crockpot it) Combine all the beans save liquids.
Fry the bacon, remove excess fat and add in the onions to cook briefly.
Then add in the brown sugar salt dry mustard garlic vinegar ketchup.
Cook 5 min and pour over beans. Add in sufficient reserved bean liquid to barely cover beans. Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hrs adding additional liquid if beans become too dry.
