- In a large bowl mix together and sift
- 3 cups of flour
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tsp of baking soda
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
- Set it aside.
- In another bowl whisk together
- 2 cups of cold water
- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbs of vegetable oil
- 1 Tbs of vanilla
- 2 Tbs of white vinegar or lemon juice
