- Coat a cool grill rack with vegetable cooking spray. Prepare charcoal grill for direct-heat cooking.
- In a medium bowl, combine turkey, Worcestersire sauce and 2 Tbsp. Creole seasoning. Proportionately divide turkey mix into 8 burgers, approximately 3 1/2 inches in diameter.
- Grill burgers 5 to 6 min per side or possibly till 160 degrees is reached on a meat thermometer (meat should no longer be pink in the center).
- In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine tomatoes, remaining Creole seasoning and the garlic. Cook 5 min or possibly till most of the liquid has evaporated.
- To serve, place burger on bottom half of each bun, drizzle with 3 Tbsp. sauce and top with other half of bun.
- This recipe yields 8 burgers.
