Ингредиенты

  • 1 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Dry oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Dry basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp Gumbo file, optional
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd mace

Инструкции

  1. Combine all ingredients. Rub mix into meat. If grilling, let meat stand 30 min. This works well when smoking brisket. Rub mix on meaty side of 2 briskets. Don't trim fat from fat side. Place meaty sides together, roll, and retie. Place in smoker for 8 to 10 hrs depending on size of brisketss. Use meat thermometer to determine doneness.
  2. For ribs, rub mix all over ribs and cook as you alwaaaays do. This amount will be sufficient for 6 to 8 pork chops. On you can use it on hamburger patties
