  • 2 prt grnd sweet paprika
  • 1 prt garlic pwdr
  • 1 prt onion pwdr
  • 1 prt grnd white pepper
  • 1 prt freshly grnd pepper
  • 1 prt cayenne pepper
  • 1 prt leaf thyme, (crushed in palms of hand)
  • 1 prt basil, crushed
  • 1 1/2 prt salt

Инструкции

  1. Blend thoroughly. Store in a clean jar or possibly shaker as for any spice.
  2. Good on charcoal or possibly mesquite fish, pork, beef or possibly chicken. Delicious sprinkled on cheese toast or possibly stir-fried vegetables. Using tsp. measuring parts, double recipe fills 4 oz jar or possibly shaker.
