- Mix the lowfat milk and egg and whisk with fork.
- Add in flour and Cajun seasoning and mix.
- Cut the chicken wings in two at the joints.
- Dip in lowfat milk and egg mix then coat thoroughly with flour mix.
- If desired your wings extra crispy, redip.
- Heat sufficient oil in a deep fry skillet to cover wings.
- Drop wings into warm oil and cook till crisp and golden, approximately 15 min. (wings can also be baked by placing in a single layer and baking at 450 degrees for approximately 45 min.)
- Warm Sauce:Add in 6 ounce. tabasco sauce to 1/2 c. melted butter and mix well.
- Pour over wings or possibly serve as a dip.
