- Skin and rinse legs well. Cover with whole lowfat milk in a plastic mixing bowl, chill overnight. Pat dry, season with paprika, onion pwdr, cayenne, black pepper and desired amount of salt.
- Add in white pepper, oregano, and rosemary to the flour. Heat shortening in a skillet, saute/fry sliced garlic. Lightly flour the legs and fry till golden brown-brown.
- Mashed potatoes, brown gravy, corn on the cob and coleslaw are my favorites with this meal.
- Comments: These critters are considered a delicacy around our house. We also have a blast rounding up family and friends for a fun filled night of frog-gigging.
