2 x (15 oz) cans kidney beans, liquid removed 2 c. water salt and pepper to taste 1 x In a skillet, brown the sausage, onion, and grnd beef, drain. 2 x In a 2 qt saucepan, combine rice mix and 2 c. water. Add in diced

1. Tomatoes and chilies. Stir in the kidney beans. Bring to a boil, then add in meat
2. mix. Bring back to boil, reduce heat and cover, stirring occasionally. Cook for 20 min. Serve.
