vodka, to taste 1 x lime, peeled, cut into 8 wedges

2 tsp sugar crushed ice

1. Place the lime wedges and sugar in the bottom of an 8 ounce. glass.
2. Crush sugar into the lime wedges with a spoon handle.
3. Cover with crushed ice.
4. Top with vodka.
5. The Caipiroska aka Caipirinha is a Brazilian drink. Caipirihna is Brazilian for "drink of farmers" - but this drink is out of the country and now warm in the city.
