Kick off your next cocktail party with this dreamy Caffe di Alpi, otherwise known as Alpine Coffee.
I know it’s the middle of the summer season, but we actually have had some unseasonably cold days. Today is one of those days. I was looking for something to warm me up with a bit of a kick when I discovered this simple coffee cocktail. Maybe it really is cold where you live,or perhaps you actually live in the Alps. Either way, a hot beverage is what I was after.
Sometimes those warm cocktail are the best dessert too. You all have got to give this coffee drink a try.
Traditionally, this caffe di Alpi is made with bourbon. However, I changed it up and used brandy instead.
I actually enjoy a spiked coffee drink instead of dessert, every now and then that is.

- 1 teaspoon honey 4 ounces hot brewed coffee 1 ounce brandy 1 large dollop of Whipped Cream
- Put the honey in a warmed mug, Add the hot coffee and the brandy and stir. Serve with a dollop of your favorite whipped cream 3.3.3077
