Ингредиенты

1 x Egg yolk
4 Tbsp. Garlic oil
1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. Grated parmesan Salt and pepper -- to taste

Инструкции

Slowly pour oil into egg yolk while whisking. Slowly whisk vinegar into egg mix. Whisk in remaining ingredients. If dressing is too thick, thin it down with a little water 1 tsp. at a time.
