  • 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/8 tsp instant chopped garlic
  • 2 x Tabsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
  • 1 x Caesar salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice

  1. DON'Tablespoons FORGET TO USE W/HERB-STUFF ING MIX CROUTONS (SEE INDEX) SALAD
  2. DRESSING MIX: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl till proportionately distributed. Put mix in a foil packet or possibly 1-pint glass jar. Label.
  3. Store in a cold, dry place. Use within 3 to 4 months.
  4. Makes about 3tablespoons Caesar Salad Dressing Mix, sufficient for 3/4 c. Caesar Salad Dressing. CAESAR SALAD DRESSING: Combine ingredients in a glass jar. Shake till well-blended. Refrigeratebefore serving.
  5. Makes about 3/4 c. of CaesarSalad Dressing.
