- Place all ingredients except extra virgin olive oil and parmesan cheese.
- Puree till smooth.
- Slowly add in oil while mixing.
- When serving sprinkle parmesan cheese over top of salads, 1/2 tsp. per salad.
- For the Salad:Toast & cube whole wheat bread.
- Chop romaine lettuce, toss with dressing & top with cubed bread (croutons).
- This Basic Caesar Dressing makes 8 servings.
