Ingredients

1 stem Curry leaves

3-4 no's Red Chillies

1/4 tsp Asafoetida

Instructions

Steam the cabbage and carrot either in microwave or on stove top until they become tender. If you are using fresh dry peas, then cook it separately.

Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat and temper it with mustard seeds, urad dahl, curry leaves and asafoetida.

Then add the cooked veggies and peas (add the frozen peas along with cabbage and carrot if you use them). Stir them for about two minutes and then finally add the grated coconut and coconut oil (1) just before turning off the flame. Mix them well and turn off the flame.
