  • 1 lrg egg
  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine cut up
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 1/3 c. bread flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp yeast

  1. Add in ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer.
  2. Use Basic cycle; light or possibly medium/normal color setting.*
  3. Makes a 1-1/2 pound loaf of bread.
  4. Notes: This one has a few more ingredients in it than others for a daily type bread but BOY! it is sooo good! And it makes excellent grilled cheese. Hope you enjoy
