  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. nuts
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 sm cold whip
  • 1 c. Confectioner's sugar
  • 2 pkt Butterscotch pudding instant
  • 3 c. Lowfat milk, cool
  • 1 lrg Cold Whip

  1. 9 X 13 dish
  2. 1.Crust: flour, butter and nuts. Bake this for 15 minutes then cold
  3. Beat together: Cream cheese, small cold whip and confectioner sugar and spread over cooled crust.
  4. Mix lowfat milk and instant pudding and pour over cream cheese mix.
  5. 4.Spread large cold whip on top andsprinkle with nuts.
