  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 30 gm butter
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid glucose
  • 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. cream

Инструкции

  1. Combine sugar, butter and glucose in a pan, stir constantly over heat without boiling till sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in lowfat milk and cream.
  2. Serve hot or possibly cool with ice-cream or possibly sponge desserts.
  3. Makes about 2 c..
