- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr and salt; set aside. In 10-inch cast iron skillet over low heat, combine 1 c. Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels and 1/4 c. butter.
- Stir till morsels are melted and mix is smooth. Remove from heat.
- Arrange pineapple and maraschino cherries in skillet. In large bowl, combine sugar, remaining 1/2 c. butter and Large eggs; beat till creamy.
- Gradually beat in flour mix alternately with reserved 3/4 c. pineapple juice. Stir in remaining 1 c. Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels. Pour over pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min.
- Immediately invert onto serving plate.
- Makes one cake.
