- Cream shortening and sugar. Add in vanilla and Large eggs. Sift together dry ingredients. Then add in alternately with lowfat sour cream. Add in nuts. Use 1/2 c. more flour if needed. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake 10 min at 350 degrees. Cold and frost.
- Brown Butter Icing:Brown butter; pour over sugar, then add in water and vanilla. Mix.
