  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine -- melted
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 1 x 9 inch pie crust -- unbaked

Инструкции

  1. Beat Large eggs.; add in next 6 ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 10 min; place foil over edges of crust and bake 5 - 10 min longer or possibly till set. Let cold on a wire rack.
  2. Yield: 8 servings.
