  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour all-purpose
  • 1/4 c. cornmeal
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2/3 c. buttermilk
  • 5 x egg lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. margarine melted butter or possibly
  • 1 x pastry crust unbaked - 9-inch

Инструкции

  1. Combine sugar, flour, cornmeal and salt in a large bowl; add in buttermilk and Large eggs, stirring till blended. Stir in vanilla and margarine, and pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350 F for 40-45 min or possibly till set. Check for doneness after the minimum baking time by gently shaking the pie. The center should be set with a slight jiggle. Cold on a wire rack approximately 1 hour.
  2. Yield: 1 9-inch pie.
