Ingredients: BUTTERFIELD STAGELINE CHILI; 4 med Onions, chopped; 1/4 c. Oil; 2 lb Grnd pork; 1 can (15z) tomato sauce; 1 Tbsp. Cumin; 1 tsp Oregano; 1 ounce Tequila; 10 lb Beef brisket, finely minced; 1 1/2 x Cloves garlic, chopped; 7 ounce Can whole green chiles, chopped; 1 lb Whole tomatoes, finely minced; 1 tsp Salt; 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard; 1 can Beer (3oz) chili pwdr

Ингредиенты

BUTTERFIELD STAGELINE CHILI
4 med Onions, chopped
1/4 c. Oil
2 lb Grnd pork
1 can (15z) tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. Cumin
1 tsp Oregano
1 ounce Tequila
10 lb Beef brisket, finely minced
1 1/2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
7 ounce Can whole green chiles, chopped
1 lb Whole tomatoes, finely minced
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
1 can Beer (3oz) chili pwdr

Инструкции

Brown onions, and beef in oil. Stir in garlic, pork, chiles, cumin, oregano, salt, dry mustard, tomato sauce, tomatoes, tequila, beer, chili pwdr and bouillon cubes. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 2-3 hrs. Stir occasionally. Don't stir the last 30 minutes before serving.
