Buttercream Icing

Ингредиенты

2/3 c. Water
12 c. Confectioners sugar
1 1/4 c. Shortening

1/2 tsp Clear vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Butter extract

Инструкции

Start with 4 c. of sugar, alternately add in shortening and remaining sugar till well blended. Add in flavorings. Beat at low speed till smooth.
NOTE: This icing can be stored for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
