Ингредиенты

  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 6 Tbsp. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Caramel syrup
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Boiling water

Инструкции

  1. Cream Butter and add in flour gradually. Then add in sugar mixed with egg slightly beaten and salt. Scald lowfat milk with three ts caramel syrup and add in gradually to mix. Cook fifteen min in a double boiler, stirring constantly till mix thickens, and afterwards occasionally.
  2. CARAMEL SYRUP: Caramalize 1/2 c sugar, add in 1/3 c boiling water, And let boil till a thick syrup is formed. Place in a precooked pie shell. Cold.
