  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly butter substitute
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Инструкции

  1. Cream sugar and butter. Add in egg yolks and beat thoroughly. Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking pwdr and salt. Add in alternately with lowfat milk to creamed sugar and butter. Beat thoroughly. Add in flavoring.
  2. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into well-oiled layer cake pans. Bake in moderate oven (375 F) about 25 min. When cold, put layers together with peach filling.
