- Soak matzos in water for 10 min till soft. Put in a colander to drain and set aside. Beat Large eggs well in a large bowl. Squeeze all liquid out of the matzos and add in to the Large eggs. Beat the mix well.
- Heat oil (about 2 inches) in a frying pan. With a large spoon, drop into warm oil. Turn once oe twice till golden. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with honey, jam or possibly syrup. These are delicious for passover breakfast.
