- In a large mixing bowl, combine vegetable oil, beef base, paprika, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add beef tenderloin, toss well to coat meat.
- Add butter to saute pan, melt over medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms; saute 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add demi-glace sauce and burgundy wine, heat to boil.
- Reduce heat and gently boil 6-8 minutes.
- Add browned beef tenderloin, mixing well.
- Heat to boiling for 3 minutes.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
