Рецепт Buffalo Hot Wings
Buffalo Hot Wings
For the last Super Bowl, since my beloved Packers weren’t playing (last year I concentrated on the game and made little food) I concentrated on the food aspect of the celebration. I made a few awesome things-these wings being one of them! I got the idea from 10 Dollar Dinners and I will certainly be making these again…
Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 1 package chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sauce:
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
Directions:
Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Mix the oil, chili powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add in the wings and toss to coat. Cover and let marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and top with a wire rack. Place the wings on the rack and back for 35 minutes or until the skin gets crispy. Baste both sides with the sauce and bake for 10 more minutes. Remove from the oven and baste again.
Serve with Ranch dressing and celery sticks.
*I mixed some Ranch dressing with hot sauce for an even hotter effect.
