Ингредиенты

  • 100 gm Black sticky rice
  • 400 ml Water
  • 4 Tbsp. Palm sugar, (60 g.)
  • 6 x Cm cinnamon Salt to taste
  • 40 x Cm pandan leaf
  • 8 x Cm ginger, julienned
  • 8 Tbsp. Thick coconut lowfat milk, (120 ml.)

Инструкции

  1. WASH and soak the rice for about one hour. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add in palm sugar, cinnamon, salt, pandan leaf and ginger. Add in the rice and cook for about 30 min or possibly until done. When cooked, put in a serving bowl. Sprinkle a little palm sugar and coconut lowfat milk over it.
  3. Serve warm or possibly cool.
