- Cook brussel sprouts and directed on package. Drain and put into serving dish and keep warm. In same saucepan, heat butter and blend in flour. Stir and cook till mix begins to brown. Gradually add in 1 1/2 cup lowfat milk and cook, stirring constantly till sauce boil 1 minute. Lower heat. Blend raw egg with remaining seasonings. stir into white sauce. Cook stirring constantly till sauce thickens. Pour over brussels sprouts and garnish with hard cooked egg.
