  • 2 c. Chopped plum tomato, about 3/4 lb.)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Capers
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced kalamata olives
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced red onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 10 slc French bread baguette, toasted, diagonally sliced 1/2 inch thick

Инструкции

  1. Combine all the ingredients except French bread; cover and let stand 30 min. Drain the tomato mix. Top each bread slice with 1 Tbsp. of tomato mix.
  2. Yield: 10 servings.
