I love, love, love Bruschetta. I love all the different ways you can eat it. Here are a couple of my twists on it........
Ингредиенты
- Ciabatta Bread
- Italian Dressing ( I used Ken's Lite Northern Italian Basil and Romano )
- cherry tomatoes
- Fontina and or feta cheese
- garlic cloves, minced

- There are no real measurements here. It's honestly all about personal taste. Add as much or as little of each ingredient as you'd like!
- Slice the Ciabatta Bread, brush on some Italian Dressing and put in the oven on 375 for 5 to 7 minutes. In the meantime mix a ltitle more Italian dressing, the tomatoes and garlic together in a bowl. Slice Fontina cheese if using. Take the bread out, top with cheese, Feta or Fontina, or whatever you desire really. Then Spoon on the tomato mixture. Place in the oven for another 5 minutes. Enjoy!
