  • 9 x inch unbaked pie shell
  • 1 lb light brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 x Large eggs, at room temperature
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 3/4 c. Half and Half

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and flour. Beat in Large eggs one at a time, scraping the bowl after each addition. Gradually add in butter and Half and Half; mix till well combined. Pour into pie shell; bake 40 to 50 min, till set.
  2. Serves 8 to 12.
