  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly butter substitute
  • 1 x Egg, well beaten
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar

  1. Cream sugar and 1 Tbsp. butter, add in egg. Add in lowfat milk and mix well. Add in flour that has been sifted, measured, and sifted with baking pwdr and salt. Pour into well-oiled pan and sprinkle with brown sugar. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Bake in warm oven (435 F) 25 min. 6 servings. Mrs. C.R. Crispin, Syracuse, NY.
